What we process
Account data (email, first name, password hash), your fitness profile (gender, age group, build, goal), completed workouts, chat messages if your plan saves history, subscription and consent records. Profile data may reveal health information, so we process it only with your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)).
Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you asked for (Art. 6(1)(b)), to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f)), with your consent for health-related profile data, optional statistics and external media (Art. 6(1)(a)), and to meet legal duties such as tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
AI processing
Android replies come from a built-in rule engine or, if enabled, from an AI provider acting as our processor under a data processing agreement and an approved transfer mechanism. We send the message and your training profile, never your email or name.
Storage and retention
Servers in the EU. Free chats live only in your browser session. Account data is deleted when you delete your account; billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21), and withdrawing consent at any time. Export or delete your data in your account in one click, or write to hello@fitroxai.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
