Who you are talking to
ROX, UNIT-7, ARIA, KOSMO and ECHO are AI characters, and every chat window says so. Coaches, nutritionists and psychologists in Crew+ are real people and are marked as such.
Synthetic media
The android characters in our videos are computer-generated and labelled as AI-generated content.
Limits
AI can be wrong. It does not diagnose, treat or replace professionals. Pain, injury and emotional crisis are always referred to humans.
Legal basis
We follow the transparency duties of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Art. 50).
